President and CEO – Grandio
Jean Bédard

President and CEO of one of Québec’s top restaurant alliances, Jean Bédard is first and foremost a passionate businessman who’s actively involved in his community. For more than 30 years he’s been president of Groupe Sportscene, which includes the popular La Cage- Brasserie Sportive banner. As a visionary, he is constantly innovating to give his brands the competitive edge that leads to success. His long-standing mission: to help local entrepreneurs grow.

President – La Cage and Brasseurs du Monde
Jean-François Dubé

President of La Cage – Brasserie sportive and the newcomer Brasseurs du Monde, Jean-François Dubé embodies a passion for innovation and dining. With over 20 years of experience within the company, he has climbed every rung of the ladder. As a team leader, he has surrounded himself with talented and dedicated collaborators to ensure the company’s success. He embodies the company’s mission by offering memorable moments to our guests, in a spirit of teamwork, humanity, and agility, all while remaining true to Quebec values and focused on results.

Executive Vice President – Independent Brands
Guillaume Brière

Guillaume Brière serves as Executive Vice President for the independent brands. He has been an integral part of Groupe Grandio for eight years, honing his expertise as General Manager of La Cage at Complexe Desjardins and as Director of Operations for Moishes and Gibbys Steakhouse. Driven by a true passion for the restaurant industry, Guillaume stands out for his rigor and dedication. His primary goal is to preserve and sustain Québec’s iconic brands.

President – Food Division
Éric Cardin

As President of the Food Division, Éric Cardin oversees all activities related to retail products for the group’s restaurants, as well as for the Brasseurs du Monde and Rabaska banners. He is also responsible for managing the Alimentra factory, specializing in food production and processing. His unparalleled expertise in sales and commercial strategy is a crucial asset for the group. His vision aims to promote our proudly local brands, while making them available in all grocery stores across the province.
