Frequently Asked Questions

Physical gift card: You can purchase one at any of our locations or through the “Corporate Request” section of our online gift card platform (minimum of 5 cards required for this type of order). Physical gift cards will already be activated when you pick them up.

Virtual gift card: You can purchase one on our website at www.grandio.com. Virtual gift cards are activated at the time they are sent.

Please note that it is not possible to order both physical and virtual gift cards in the same online order. You will need to place a separate order for each type of gift card.
