The easiest way to retrieve your virtual gift card is to contact the person who gave it to you. They have the confirmation email, which includes the link to the online gift card. If you purchased the gift card yourself, or if the person who gave it to you no longer has the email, please contact our support team at support-cc@grandio.com.
