I made a mistake with the email address (recipient) when sending a virtual gift card. Could you please cancel it and issue me a refund?

To make this change, you must contact Groupe Grandio’s Gift Card Support at support-cc@grandio.com. We will then be able to cancel the gift card and review your situation for a possible refund.
