PRESIDENT AND CEO, GRANDIO

President and CEO of one of Québec’s top restaurant alliances, Jean Bédard is first and foremost a passionate businessman who’s actively involved in his community.

For more than 30 years he’s been president of Groupe Sportscene, which includes the popular La Cage- Brasserie Sportive banner. As a visionary, he is constantly innovating to give his brands the competitive edge that leads to success. His long-standing mission: to help local entrepreneurs grow.

PIERRE MOREAU

PRESIDENT AND CEO, RESTOS PLAISIRS

A third-generation restauranteur, Pierre Moreau has been President and CEO of Restos Plaisirs for more than 12 years.

Thanks to his thorough expertise in the restaurant industry, Restos Plaisirs has been able to earn a special place in the hearts of Quebecers with its many banners including Cochon Dingue, Lapin Sauté, Ciel! Bistro Bar, Paris Grill, Café du Monde and others.

JEAN-FRANÇOIS DUBÉ

PRESIDENT, LA CAGE - BRASSERIE SPORTIVE AND BRASSEURS DU MONDE

President of La Cage - Brasserie sportive and the newcomer Brasseurs du Monde, Jean-François Dubé embodies a passion for innovation and dining. With over 20 years of experience within the company, he has climbed every rung of the ladder.

As a team leader, he has surrounded himself with talented and dedicated collaborators to ensure the company's success. He embodies the company's mission by offering memorable moments to our guests, in a spirit of teamwork, humanity, and agility, all while remaining true to Quebec values and focused on results.

ÉRIC CARDIN

PRESIDENT, BRASSEURS DU MONDE AND FOOD DIVISION

As President of the Food Division, Éric Cardin oversees all activities related to retail products for the group's restaurants, as well as for the Brasseurs du Monde and Rabaska banners. He is also responsible for managing the Alimentra factory, specializing in food production and processing.

His unparalleled expertise in sales and commercial strategy is a crucial asset for the group. His vision aims to promote our proudly local brands, while making them available in all grocery stores across the province.

GUILLAUME BRIÈRE

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Guillaume Brière serves as the Executive Vice President for Moishes, Gibbys, Niji Japanese Cuisine, Iru Izakaya, and P.F. Chang’s. With over eight years of experience within Groupe Grandio, he has demonstrated expertise in managing and strategically developing culinary concepts.

Driven by a deep passion for the restaurant industry, Guillaume stands out for his dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence. His goal is to preserve the authenticity of iconic brands while adapting them to current trends, ensuring they deliver a distinctive hospitality experience.
